1 credit / imageHow to pick an image model
Start from the job. For product shots and portraits, pick a photoreal model such as FLUX 2 or Nano Banana Pro. It holds texture and light. For posters, labels and anything with words in the picture, use GPT Image 2, Ideogram or Recraft. They keep the lettering readable. For quick drafts, a low-rate model such as FLUX schnell lets you test many prompts. Do that before you spend more on the final image.
Each card shows the rate in credits per image. The same rate appears again in the form before you generate. That way, you know the cost before you press the button.
Generators and editing models
Some models only generate from text. Others take your photo and change it. Editing models such as FLUX Kontext and Nano Banana follow a written instruction. Write “make the background a beach at sunset” and they keep the rest of the picture. Open a model page to see the inputs it accepts and where it falls short.
