Generate things you have the right to generate. Do not use other people's likeness, voice or work without permission.
Consent for faces and voices
Tools that edit a face or clone a voice require a consent confirmation. Confirming it falsely breaks these terms and can end your account.
Not allowed
Sexual content involving minors. Non-consensual intimate imagery. Impersonation for deception or fraud. Content that harasses or endangers a person.
Also not allowed
Removing watermarks or credits from work you do not own. Building tools that identify or track people from photos. Bypassing our moderation.
Political and public figures
You may reference public figures in commentary and satire. Do not present generated statements as real, and do not use them in advertising.
Moderation
Results may be checked automatically. We can refuse a job, hold a result or close an account. Serious cases go to the relevant authorities.
Reporting
If someone used UGESI against you, write through the contact page. Include links and dates. We treat these reports first.
