Add a clear face reference
Under Face reference, upload a photo of the face you want to bring in. A front-facing shot in even light works best. Match the head angle of the target if you can: a profile placed on a frontal face looks wrong.
Confirm consent
Check the consent box: everyone shown must have agreed to the edit. The swap works from the two photos alone, so they decide the result: check both before you run it.
Check the edges, then adjust
Press "Swap face" and look at the jawline, hairline and skin tone. If the face looks pasted on, use a reference taken in similar light and at a similar angle. That helps more than running the same pair again.

Why the source photo decides the result
A front-facing, evenly lit source with the whole face visible gives the cleanest swap. Sunglasses, hair across the face or a strong side angle are the three usual causes of a bad one.
Consent is enforced, not suggested
Every swap requires confirming that everyone shown agreed. The check runs on the server, not only in the form. Swapping a stranger's face into content they did not agree to breaks the terms and ends the account.
