Failed generations cost nothing
Credits are held when a job starts. A failed or canceled job releases them in full. This is automatic and needs no request.
If a job hangs
A job that never returns a result releases its hold automatically, at the latest after six hours. If your balance still looks wrong, write to us with the job time.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and the UK have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Credits are digital content, delivered when you start using them. We refund a pack in full within 14 days of purchase only if the account has not used any credits and has not run any tool.
Used credits
Once any credits have been used or any tool has run, the digital content has been delivered and the pack is not refunded, in full or in part. Failed and canceled jobs still return their credits automatically, as described above.
Credit validity
Paid credits stay valid for 12 months from purchase. The 100 free sign-up credits are valid for 30 days. Older batches are spent first. Expiry is not a refund event.
Quality is not a defect
AI output varies. A result you dislike is not a failed job, so it does not release credits. Use the cheapest model to draft before spending on a flagship.
