Failed generations cost nothing
Credits are held when a job starts. A failed generation releases them in full. A failed or cancelled job releases the hold in full. This is automatic and needs no request.
If a job hangs
A job with no result after two hours releases its hold automatically. If your balance still looks wrong, write to us with the job time.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and the UK have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Credits are digital content. If you have not spent any credits from a pack, we refund it in full within 14 days.
Partly used packs
Once you generate with a pack, the digital content has been delivered. We can refund the unused part at our discretion. Write to us and describe what happened.
Credit validity
Credits stay valid for 12 months from purchase. Older batches are spent first. Expiry is not a refund event.
Quality is not a defect
AI output varies. A result you dislike is not a failed job, so it does not release credits. Use the cheapest model to draft before spending on a flagship.

Write through the contact page. Include the date, the tool and roughly when the job ran. We answer within two working days.
