What it is good at
- Keeps the motion, camera and timing of your clip
- Swaps in a new character, outfit, product, place or style
- Up to eight reference images in one run
NEW Higgsfield · Video · 205 credits per second
Genjutsu is for people who already have footage and want the same movement with something new in it. That could be a different actor, outfit, product or location. Run it in the video to video AI tool.
205 credits per second.
Resolutions: 480p, 720p, 1080p.
Genjutsu keeps the motion, camera and timing of the clip you give it and swaps what is in it. A walk-and-turn filmed on your phone can become a model in a new jacket. The same hand gesture can hold a different product, and a street can become a beach.
It accepts up to eight reference images in one run. Use them to pin down the new subject from several angles, such as front, side and back. Add a close-up of any logo or texture that must stay exact.
Open Genjutsu in the video to video AI tool. Upload your source video and up to eight reference images. Add a short note if you want, and pick 480p, 720p or 1080p. The price shows as soon as the clip is uploaded, before you start.
Length comes from your clip, not from a setting. The source must be at least 4 seconds, and anything over 30 seconds is cut to 30. Trim before you upload, because you pay for every second that goes through.
Pick clips with clear, readable motion and a subject that stays in frame. Here is a prompt that works alongside the references. "Replace the runner with the woman in the reference images, same red track jacket. Keep the park but make it autumn."
The rate is 205 credits per second at 1080p, 87 credits at 720p and 41 credits at 480p. A 5-second clip at 1080p costs 1,025 credits, about $10.91. A 10-second clip costs 2,050 credits, about $21.82.
Cheaper routes exist. Kling 3.0 Motion Control at 27 credits per second makes one character from a photo perform the motion from a clip. Kling 3.0 at 27 credits generates new 1080p clips up to 15 seconds with reliable object handling. Seedance 2.5 at 27 credits makes 30-second takes with synced dialogue.

Outputs made with paid credits can be used commercially. The maker's own rules for Genjutsu also apply (Higgsfield Terms of Use). The full rules are in our Terms of service.
Yes. Open it in the video to video AI tool, upload a clip and reference images, and pick a resolution. You see the price before you start.
At least 4 seconds. Anything longer than 30 seconds is cut to 30, and the output length follows your clip.
Genjutsu can swap the whole scene, including product, outfit, place or style, using up to eight references. Kling 3.0 Motion Control makes one character from a photo perform a filmed movement. It costs 27 credits per second instead of 205 credits.
