1. The service
UGESI provides browser access to third-party AI generation models on a prepaid credit basis. We may add, replace or retire models at any time. Published per-model rates can change with notice on the pricing page; a change never affects a job already started.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 to use UGESI. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account. We may suspend an account used for abuse, fraud or a breach of these terms. We tell you why unless the law prevents it.
3. Credits
Credits are the unit of payment. Pay-as-you-go packs are valid for 12 months from purchase, and every purchase extends the whole balance. The 100 starter credits are granted once the account's email address is confirmed. They work on the fast image models marked in each tool and are valid for 30 days. One mailbox receives them once. Credits are not legal tender, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money except where the law requires. The exact credit cost of every job is shown before you start it.
4. Failed jobs
Credits are held when a job starts. They are released automatically if the provider returns an error or the job times out. You pay only for generations that complete. A result that completes but does not match your expectation is not a failed job; see the refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use UGESI to generate content that is illegal or sexually exploitative. You may not generate content that depicts minors in a sexual or harmful way. Nor may you generate content that infringes third-party rights or impersonates real people in a misleading way. Face swap, voice cloning and persona tools require the consent of every person depicted or recorded. You confirm it before each run and we log the confirmation. 6. Your content and outputs
You keep all rights to your prompts and uploads. You grant us a license to process them only to deliver the service. Outputs are yours to use, including commercially on every paid pack. That use is subject to the license of the underlying model, named, with a short summary, on each model page. Outputs from the free plan are for personal use only. Where the law does not recognize copyright in AI outputs, we make no claim to them either.
7. Disclosure
You are responsible for disclosing synthetic media where the law or a platform requires it. This includes requirements under the EU AI Act. We embed provider watermarks where the model provider applies them and we do not remove them.
8. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Third-party models can be slow, paused or retired by their providers. When a model is retired, we redirect its tools to the closest replacement. Your credits stay valid on every other model.
9. Refunds and withdrawal
Failed jobs are refunded in credits automatically. A credit pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase only if the account has not used any credits and has not run any tool. Once a generation has run, the digital content has been delivered and the pack is not refunded, in full or in part. Details are in the refund policy. Consumers in the EU and the UK exercise the statutory right of withdrawal by writing to us within that period.
10. Liability
We are liable without limit for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. The same applies to injury to life or health and where the law does not allow limitation. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for the content of outputs, which depend on your prompts and on third-party models.
11. Governing law
Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence. Consumers can also turn to their national consumer authority or to an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution (ADR) body, where one is available.
12. Changes
We may change these terms for legal, security or product reasons. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they apply. If you do not accept a change, you can stop using the service. In that case, you can also ask for a refund of unused credits bought before the change.
