1. The service
UGESI provides browser access to third-party AI generation models on a prepaid credit basis. We may add, replace or retire models. Published per-model rates can change with notice on the pricing page.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 to use UGESI. Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Credits
Subscription credits renew monthly and roll over up to twice your monthly pool. Pay-as-you-go credits are valid for 12 months from the last purchase. Credits are not legal tender and are non-transferable. Failed generations are refunded automatically as credits.
4. Acceptable use
You may not generate content that is illegal, sexually exploitative, depicts minors, infringes third-party rights. Impersonates real people in a misleading way. Face swap and persona tools require the consent of every depicted person, which you confirm before each run.
5. Your content and outputs
You retain rights to your prompts and uploads. Subject to the underlying model providers' terms, outputs generated on paid plans may be used commercially. You are responsible for verifying that a given use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
6. Availability
Models depend on third-party providers and may be temporarily or permanently unavailable (for example, when a provider retires an API). Held credits for unfinished jobs are always released.
7. Refunds
Beyond automatic refunds for failed generations, statutory consumer withdrawal rights apply where required by law. Unused subscription time is otherwise non-refundable.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped. The cap equals what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
