Essential (always on)

ugesi_s keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. PHPSESSID holds form security tokens until you close the browser. After sign-up, ugesi_reg lasts 3 days, so the browser that created the account can confirm it. For 30 days, ugesi_ref keeps a referral code. Until you close the browser, ugesi_from remembers which tool sent you to pricing. For 12 months, ugconsent stores your choice in the cookie notice. After you register, ugwb gives access to the webinar room (180 days). Access to a purchased webinar kit is given by ugkit (12 months).

Statistics (with consent)

ugsid is an anonymous visit identifier for counting events in the tools, kept for 180 days. For 30 days, ugutm remembers the campaign source (utm parameters in the link) that brought you to the site. This lets us see which campaigns lead to sign-ups and purchases. Without consent, events are counted anonymously with no cookie at all.

Marketing (with consent)

Meta Pixel measures how our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform. With your consent it sets _fbp and _fbc (up to 90 days). It sends Meta Platforms Ireland information about the pages you visit and events like a webinar sign-up or purchase. We also send these two events from our server (Conversions API) with a SHA-256 hash of your email address. We do this only when consent was given. The ugwbl cookie (10 minutes) passes the webinar sign-up event number to the Pixel. That way Meta does not count it twice. Without consent none of this runs.

Third-party services

The Paddle payment window and, when enabled, Google reCAPTCHA set their own cookies while you use them. The YouTube player in the webinar room loads only after you click the recording. It loads in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From then on, Google may set its own cookies.

StatCounter (statcounter.com, Ireland) and Clicky (clicky.com, USA) count visits on every page. The choice in the cookie notice does not switch them off. StatCounter sets sc_is_visitor_unique on ugesi.com (2 years) and is_unique on statcounter.com (5 years). Clicky sets _jsuid (visitor identifier) and _first_pageview (one visit). Both tell new visitors from returning ones and count page views, referring sites, device type and approximate location. You can block them with your browser's cookie settings or a content blocker.

Do Not Track

If your browser sends a Do Not Track header, we skip our own analytics events entirely.

Changing your choice

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the footer. When you withdraw consent, we delete our statistics cookies and the Meta cookies on this domain. Clearing cookies in your browser removes all of them. You will be signed out and the notice will appear again.
