Lighting sets the shape. Colour sets the mood. Run the relight first, then send it to colour grading.

Will the face change?
The instruction targets lighting only. Identity and pose are preserved.
Does it work on products?
Yes. Product shots respond very well because surfaces and reflections are rebuilt with the new light.
