What exactly are credits?
Credits are one balance you spend across every tool and model on UGESI - images, video, voice, music. Each model has a published rate, and every tool shows the exact cost of your generation before you run it.
How long are credits valid?
12 months from the day you buy them - whether it's a one-time pack or a subscription top-up. No monthly use-it-or-lose-it.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. While you're subscribed, unused credits carry over month to month, up to 2× your monthly allowance. On most platforms credits reset to zero on renewal day - on UGESI they don't.
What happens if a generation fails?
You get the credits back automatically. You only pay for outputs that actually complete.
Can I use the results commercially?
All paid plans include a commercial license for the content you generate. The Free plan is for personal use and adds a watermark.
Can I buy extra credits without upgrading?
Yes - top-up packs are available on any paid plan, and they never expire while your subscription is active.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your account. You keep your plan, credits and generations until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do I need a subscription?
